INTRODUCTION
ZP30-17 is a continuous rotary tabletting press machine.It mainly used in the industry of pharmaceutical, food, chemical, ceramics, electronics, plastics and powder metallurgy. This machine can press al kinds of Granular materials into tablet.granular material could be pressed into wafers, lettering,and special shaped,two color tablets by change the molds.But this machine is not suitable to press the Gelatinous,damp,half solid properties material. The parts contact with the material and the external casing are made of stainless steel.This can keep the surface shiny and to prevent cross-contamination,in 1ine with GMP requirements.
MAIN FEATURES
1.The mechanical driving part and the tabletting workroom are totally separated to prevent the crosscontamination.
2.Tabletting workroom is made of organic glass and can see the process of tabletting.And can prevent the bug dust contamination.
3.Rotary table is made of special cast iron.The surface is superficially titanium and with a good performance of anti- corrosion.
4.This machine is not equipped with the Pre-roller device and can improve the quality of tablet.
5.This machine adopt the Four column structure with a good stability.
6.Motor is controlled by the frequency changer.The revolving speed call be governed.
